How to Apply to St. Gabriel (TK-8)

Please note: We have rolling admissions for some grades for the current '22-23 school year. Please contact us for more information.

Application Process:

  1. Learn more about St. Gabriel School
  2. Apply
    • Complete your application and submit $75 application fee along with required documentation:
      • Birth Certificate (child must be 5 by September 1, 2024 to enter Kindergarten; child must be 5 by June 2, 2025 to enter TK)
      • Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
      • TK & K: Preschool Teacher Assessment of Student Readiness form
      • Grades 1 - 8: Recent report card & standardized test results
    • Applications for 2024-2025 academic year available online on October 18, 2023:
      • Kindergarten Priority application deadline is December 8, 2023
      • Grades 1-8 Priority application deadline is January 19, 2024
      • Enrollment is first come-first served, so all are encouraged to apply by the above deadlines
  3. Meet our teachers
    • Your child will be scheduled for a screen/test date.
      • Emails will be sent approximately two weeks before scheduled date.
      • Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten screening begins in January 2024.
    • Test date for grades 1-8 is February 2024. All screening/testing is by appointment only.
  4. Enroll
    • Acceptance letters are emailed about one week after your child’s screening/testing date.
    • Upon receiving a letter of acceptance, submit registration forms and fees.
      • Spots guaranteed for approximately two weeks (TK & K) and approximately 1 week (grades 1-8).
      • If registration is not received by the stated deadline, your child is not guaranteed admission.
