Thank you for considering St. Gabriel School for your child. Applications for the 2024-25 are currently closed. 

**Applications for the 2024-25 school year are no longer being accepted.**

There is a $75 application fee due at the time of submission either by credit card or check.

Please have the following digital files ready to upload as PDF or image when you apply:

• Birth certificate
• Baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
• Small photo of child
• Preschool Teacher Assessment of Student Readiness form (if applying to TK or K). Preschool teachers may mail form directly to St. Gabriel School.
• Transfer school report card (if applying to grades 1 - 8)
• Transfer school standardized test scores (if applying to grades 1 - 8)

Prior to the academic assessment in February 2024, the following will need to be added to your application (if applying to grades 1-8):

• Current teacher recommendation form (if applying to grades 1 - 8). Teachers will be contacted by St. Gabriel School to fill out form.
• First semester report card for 2023-24 school year (if applying to grades 1 - 8).
